4- Week Keto Meal Plan
Select from 5 or 7 day option and 2 or 3 meals per day. Our Keto plan is gluten-free and provides a healthy approach to the keto diet with heart healthy fats, loads of fresh produce, and high-quality, antibiotic & hormone free proteins.
While the level of carbohydrate that one can consume and maintain ketosis varies, our plan provides a diet consisting of 75% heart healthy fat, 10-15% protein, and 5-10% carbohydrate.
Pick-up or delivery are available.
Meal plans initiate on Mondays and they complete on either Friday or a Sunday depending on whether you have signed up for a 5 or 7 day meal plan.
Accelerated: 1200-1400 calories per day; for the most accelerated weight loss!
Fitness: 1500-1700 calories per day; supports daily fitness workouts & weight loss.
Performance: 2,000-2,200 calories per day; ideal for sports training & a lean body composition.

Breakfast: Burrito Bowl with Zucchini Rice, Egg, Cheddar, Avocado Salsa.
Lunch: Chicken Pad Thai with Shirataki Noodles
Dinner: Seared Salmon & Lemon Parmesan Arugula Salad
Breakfast: Keto Blueberry Coconut Pancakes
Lunch: Basil Pesto Zoodle Bowl with Turkey Meatballs
Dinner: Sautéed Cod with Dill Caper Sauce & Greek Green Beans

Reservations are due by 12:00PM Friday to receive meals for the following Monday. All reservations should be placed online.
All Meal Plans will be delivered on Sunday and Tuesday for 5 day plans, and on Sunday, Tuesday and Fridays for 7 day plans.
To reduce packaging waste, delivery customers may opt to receive their meals in a reusable bag with icepacks for a small fee. This bag is for you to keep and set out for us to replenish with your meals at each delivery.
I’ve been ordering Fit Fresh off and on for about 5 years. As a single person, I enjoy the simplicity of being able to open my refrigerator and have a healthy meal all ready for me to warm up and eat. The flexibility in being able to sign up for a 12 week plan and take off a week here and there is also very nice. I’m a fairly picky eater, but enjoy all the meals that I get and it also takes me out of my comfort zone just the right amount. I highly recommend!
