At Fit Fresh Cuisine we recognize various factors influence your diet from day to day. We believe eating well is a dynamic process that should be looked at over a span of time and for these reasons we provide healthy, fresh meals.

Meal plans initiate on Mondays and they complete on either Friday or a Sunday depending on whether you have signed up for a 5 or 7 day meal plan.
Accelerated: 1200-1400 calories per day; for the most accelerated weight loss!
Fitness: 1500-1700 calories per day; supports daily fitness workouts & weight loss.
Performance: 2,000-2,200 calories per day; ideal for sports training & a lean body composition.
Menu varies weekly, but below you can find sample dishes included in the menu:
Breakfast: Rustic Italian Breakfast Pizza with fresh fruit salad
Lunch: Chicken Tacos with pico de gallo, bibb lettuce, cheddar & lime creme
Dinner: Greek Turkey Meatballs with Herbed Quinoa & Cucumber Salad
Breakfast: Blueberry Almond French Toast with Vanilla Bean Protein Whip & Fresh Fruit Salad
Lunch: Cuban Pork with Black Beans, Brown Rice & Fresh Salsa
Dinner: Maple Dill Salmon with Cauliflower Mash & Garlic Green Beans
Breakfast: Garden Scramble with Roasted Sweet Potatoes & Cranberry Pear Salad
Lunch: Shrimp Pad Thai with Rice Noodles
Dinner: Parmesan Chicken with Roasted Vegetable Medley & Lemon Lentil Salad
Breakfast: Flourless Lemon Pancakes with Strawberry Coulis & Fresh Fruit
Lunch: Caprese Turkey Burger with Pesto Couscous Salad

Reservations are due by 12:00PM Friday to receive meals for the following Monday. All reservations should be placed online.
Meal Plan will be delivered on Sunday and Tuesday for 5 day plans, and on Sunday, Tuesday and Fridays for 7 day plans.
To reduce packaging waste, delivery customers may opt to receive their meals in a reusable bag with icepacks for a small fee. This bag is for you to keep and set out for us to replenish with your meals at each delivery.
This is the second time I have ordered a weekly meal plan from Fit Fresh, and I really just have to say THANK YOU for offering such a great service! The meals come directly to my door. I receive a text that the meals are there. All of the meals come pre-cooked/pre-portioned in microwaveable, reusable containers. They stack nicely in my fridge and are all labeled for which day and which meal it’s for.
