At Fit Fresh we recognize a healthy diet isn’t a one size fits all.  One’s unique dietary preferences, lifestyle, and health history all play a role in determining what diet is best.

Our gluten-free Keto plan provides a healthy approach to the keto diet with heart healthy fats, loads of fresh produce, and high-quality, antibiotic & hormone free proteins.

While the level of carbohydrate that one can consume and maintain ketosis varies, our plan provides a diet consisting of 75% heart healthy fat, 10-15% protein, and 5-10% carbohydrate.

SELECT:

*Accelerated: 1200-1400 calories per day; for the most accelerated weight loss! 

*Fitness: 1500-1700 calories per day; supports daily fitness workouts & weight loss.

*Performance: 2,000-2,200 calories per day; ideal for sports training & a lean body composition.
