Our gluten-free Keto plan provides a healthy approach to the keto diet with heart healthy fats, loads of fresh produce, and high-quality, antibiotic & hormone free proteins.
While the level of carbohydrate that one can consume and maintain ketosis varies, our plan provides a diet consisting of 75% heart healthy fat, 10-15% protein, and 5-10% carbohydrate.
*Accelerated: 1200-1400 calories per day; for the most accelerated weight loss!
*Fitness: 1500-1700 calories per day; supports daily fitness workouts & weight loss.
*Performance: 2,000-2,200 calories per day; ideal for sports training & a lean body composition.
