Maintaining a healthy weight and fit body requires a sound, but flexible caloric intake.  You may select from the various meal plans to achieve the calorie level that is best for you! 

At Fit Fresh Cuisine we recognize various factors influence your diet from day to day.  We believe eating well is a dynamic process that should be looked at over a span of time and for these reasons we provide healthy, fresh meals within the following nutrition ranges:

*Accelerated: 1200-1400 calories per day; for the most accelerated weight loss! 

*Fitness: 1500-1700 calories per day; supports daily fitness workouts & weight loss.

*Performance: 2,000-2,200 calories per day; ideal for sports training & a lean body composition.

CALORIES AND NUTRITION

 

Maintaining a healthy weight and fit body requires a sound but flexible caloric intake.  Our Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Meal Plan caloric intake levels that range from 1,200 – 2,000 calories per day.  This allows some individuals that prefer not to snack to achieve maximum weight loss while obtaining the nutrition necessary for a healthy body, while others that prefer greater caloric intake can add in snacks from our approved snack list.

At Fit Fresh Cuisine we use the freshest ingredients to ensure you have a nutrient packed, delicious meal!  Meal plans are picked up:

PRINCETON CLUB EAST AND WEST

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday weekly between the hours of 5:00AM and 9:00PM

HYBRID ATHLETIC CLUB

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday weekly between the hours of 6:00AM and 7:00PM

HARBOR ATHLETIC CLUB

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday weekly between the hours of 6:30AM – 7:00PM

This allows you to receive two days of fresh meals on Monday and Wednesday, and either one or three days worth on Fridays, depending on the duration of your meal plan service.
